LANE COVE STRATA - SOLAR UPGRADE
In Stage 1, Good Earth Group installed a solar system on the strata rooftop to power common areas, increasing the value of each of the 55 appartments by $150,000,  while leveraging STC rebates to reduce upfront costs.
LANE COVE STRATA - EV CHARGING UPGRADE
In Stage 2, Good Earth Group installed EV charging infrastructure under the EV Ready Grant, allowing the strata to claim $80,000 off the cost. We fitted 7kW chargers with dynamic load balancing in 9 of the 55 apartments’ individual car parks, with infrastructure now in place so all apartments are EV-ready for the future.
RESIDENTIAL BATTERY UPGRADE
The majority of our clients are switching to amber which allows them to sell their power in the evenings or in price spikes instead of selling their power for 3-5c during the day. This allows our clients to become less grid dependent or to net zero.
VOLT SOLAR TILE UPGRADE
Installed Volt solar tiles provide a sleek, low-profile solar solution that integrates seamlessly into the roofline.The result is a clean, modern finish that generates renewable energy without compromising the building’s aesthetics.
SMITHS LAKE SHOPPING CENTRE
Good Earth Group assisted the landlord and the tenants with a solution which allowed everybody to have solar. The landlord paid for the systems and the tenants get a discounted rate with no upfront cost.
ABBOTSFORD STRATA - HEAT PUMP UPGRADE
Good Earth Group upgraded three end-of-life gas boilers to a manifolded Reclaim Heat Pump system, modified the plant room, and installed tempering valves in each apartment,  leveraging STC and ESC rebates to lower upfront costs and reduce running costs.
